Your $19/mo membership covers unlimited concierge management and support. You pay vendors directly for their services, but you'll benefit from our preferred partner rates which we pass directly to you.
What services does OneGuy cover?
OneGuy coordinates all major home services including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning, pest control, and more. We act as your single point of contact for everything.
How quickly can you respond to service requests?
Our concierge team typically responds within 1-2 hours during business hours. Emergency requests are prioritized and addressed immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. During your 14-day free trial, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial, you can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
