OneGuy provides a home services concierge platform that connects subscribers with vetted service providers for various home maintenance and repair needs. Our service acts as a single point of contact for coordinating home services.
Subscription plans include:
- Monthly Plan: $99/month
- Annual Plan: $948/year ($79/month effective rate)
3. User Responsibilities
As a subscriber, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Allow service providers reasonable access to your property
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Service Providers
OneGuy coordinates with independent third-party service providers. While we vet our provider network, OneGuy is not responsible for the actions, quality of work, or conduct of individual service providers. Any disputes with service providers should be reported to OneGuy for resolution assistance.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription term.
7. Limitation of Liability
OneGuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
