What is OneGuy?
OneGuy is a Miami home services concierge. You get one point of contact for everything - from leaky faucets and AC repairs to pool care and hurricane prep. Text us what you need and we handle the rest.
How does OneGuy work?
Three steps. First, text OneGuy with what you need, from a leaky faucet to annual HVAC maintenance. Second, we source a vetted partner, lock in preferred pricing, and handle the scheduling - you just approve the quote. Third, our partners do the work while we oversee everything and follow up to make sure you're satisfied.
Which neighborhoods do you serve?
We serve Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Aventura, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Pinecrest, Key Biscayne, and Brickell, with more South Florida neighborhoods coming soon.
What services can OneGuy help with?
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, pool care, pest control, roofing, cleaning, hurricane prep, pressure washing, junk removal, and handyman work. If it's in or around your home, text us and we'll point you the right way.
How does pricing work?
Your $19/mo membership covers unlimited concierge management and support. You pay for vendor services directly, but we pass our preferred partner rates directly to you.
How do I request service?
Just send a text to your concierge. We'll handle the vetting, scheduling, and follow-up.
Are your vendors licensed and insured?
Vetting is the job. We check license and insurance for every trade that requires it, and we tell you what we've confirmed about the pro assigned to your job before they show up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees, and you can cancel in 2 clicks.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
